Notes to our Customers concerning COVID-19
First, we are still open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to meet the needs of our patients concerning sickness, emergency visits, medical and food supplies. We consider Rabies vaccinations and booster vaccines for puppies to be necessary to prevent an emergency later. For now, we are suspending appointments made online and Saturday appointments. For the preservation of personal protective equipment and supplies, we are postponing all elective surgeries (spays and neuters). They will be rescheduled in the order they were scheduled originally as soon as possible. We are currently performing services as a curbside drop-off to protect our staff and to increase the likelihood that we can remain here to serve you. Please call when you arrive or ring the doorbell on the front window to alert us that we need to help you. Call ahead when possible for refills and food purchases. We ask that you prepare for longer than normal visits and some days the phone traffic is heavy. This process is taking longer for obvious reasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this crisis and pray that each of you remains safe.
